Para Hockey World Cup 2026

Belgium & Netherlands / August 20–24, 2026

For the first time in history, the Para Hockey World Cup is coming to Belgium and the Netherlands!
Over four days, the world’s best teams will gather at the club in Louvain-la-Neuve (and at Myra club in the Netherlands) to celebrate inclusive hockey through an exceptional competition.

➔ The final will take place on August 24 at the Belfius Hockey Arena, just before the Red Panthers match.

A 100% free, 100% inclusive event

Another key highlight of this Para Hockey World Cup is its full accessibility: entry is completely free and open to everyone. A unique opportunity to discover this inspiring sport in a friendly and inclusive atmosphere, without any barriers.

Organized in Louvain-la-Neuve, just ten minutes from Wavre, the competition fits perfectly into the overall dynamics of the World Cup. Hockey fans will have a rare opportunity to enjoy a full 360° experience: attend para hockey matches during the day, then extend the experience in the evening with “classic” World Cup matches in Wavre, including those of the Belgian teams.
