House rules

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all fans, we ask everyone attending the FIH Hockey World Cup 2026 to follow our house rules.

Here you’ll find all the essential information on what’s allowed, what’s not, and how to make the most of your visit to the stadium. Please take a moment to read through the guidelines before your arrival.

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering any of our venues, you automatically agree to comply with these rules.

The organiser reserves the right to deny access to the event to visitors whose tickets were not purchased through the official sales channels. Any abuse, counterfeiting or fraud may be prosecuted. Changes in the programme will not result in a full or partial refund of the ticket. Tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes unless written permission is obtained from the organiser. The following items are prohibited (and will be refused at the entrances): sharp objects, weapons, glass, cans, bottles (glass & plastic), professional photographic, film and recording equipment, drinks and food, drugs, animals (except guide dogs for the visually impaired), fireworks and any object that can pose a threat to safety. Visitors enter the event at their own risk. By entering the event site, the visitor agrees to possible preventive and control measures, including identity and body checks and bag searches. In case of noncompliance with these measures, access to the event may be denied. It is strictly forbidden to undertake any promotional or commercial activities on and/or around the event site without the prior written permission of the organiser. The visitor is liable for all damage which is caused to property and/or persons on the event ground as a result of his/her actions or omissions and indemnifies the organiser against claims from third parties in this regard. The organiser cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or theft and any possible accidents, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. The organiser can in no case be held liable in the event of force majeure. Each person entering the event area agrees that he/she may be photographed and filmed and the images may be recorded and stored and used to communicate about the event and other future (hockey) events of the organizer.
